Finale season continues on the network front, with the final week of May seeing 23 more finales. Also, new series Tom Swift premieres on The CW. On the reality front, 2 new series premiere- FOX’s music competition series Don’t Forget the Lyrics! and NBC’s dance competition series Dance With Myself. Also America’s Got Talent and MasterChef return with an all-new season while Survivor concludes its current season. In addition, Beat Shazam returns with an all-new season while Name that Tune concludes its current season.
On the specialty & streaming front, the next 2 weeks see the premiere of 7 new series, the return of P-Valley, Physical, Strangers Things, The Boys and The Orville and the series finale of HBO miniseries We Own the City. New series premiering in the next two weeks include AMC+’s new British medical drama This is Going to Hurt (a co-production with the BBC), Disney+’s new action-adventure miniseries Obi-Wan Kenobi, Crave’s new comedy Shoresy (Crave TV premiere) and 3 new series from Peacock- miniseries Angelyne starring Emmy Rossum and comedies Bust Down & Killing It. In addition, 61st Street, Bosch: Legacy, Fear the Walking Dead, Hacks, iCarly, Shining Girls and The Flight Attendant conclude their current season.
Other highlights include the premiere of 2 new docuseries: Biography: Bobby Brown, a 4-part special that looks back on the life and career of the R&B legend and Bobby Brown: Every Little Step, a 12-part docuseries that provides an intimate look at his life now.
On the reality front, new Food Network series Guy: Hawaiian Style premieres while Battle of the Brothers, Big Restaurant Bet, Chef Boot Camp, Chopped, Project Bakeover, Top Chef and Wall of Bakers conclude their current season. Also, popular Netflix travel documentary series Somebody Feed Phil returns for its fifth season.
