Survivor Dominates Its Timeslot With 2.5 Million Viewers

Last night Global continued its premiere week ratings success with Survivor: Nicaragua. A total of 2.5 million viewers (2+, national) tuned in for the second episode of the reality smash hit, winning its timeslot overall and in all key demos.

SURVIVOR: NICARAGUA 8PM DATA HIGHLIGHTS (All data Adults 18-49 national unless otherwise indicated):

· Won the night with 1.3 million viewers in the key demo
· Outperformed closest competitor of the night, CTV’s Criminal Minds by 14%
· Beat closest timeslot competitors, CBC’s Dragons’ Den by 117% and CTV’s SYTYCD Canada by 177%
· Won its timeslot in all three major markets and in all key demos
