It’s all about men and music on CANADA AM in the week leading up to Father’s Day. Every day next week, beginning Monday, June 14, CANADA AM explores serious topics that men seldom discuss openly. And some of the hottest artists in the music biz stop by CANADA AM, airing Monday – Friday beginning at 6 a.m. ET on CTV.

Monday, June 14
Today CANADA AM takes a look at men and depression. Beverly Thomson and Seamus O’Regan sit down with Off The Record Host Michael Landsberg, who has battled depression for more than a decade.

Also on Monday: CANADA AM welcomes musical artists Sarah Slean and Damhnait Doyle.

Tuesday, June 15
CANADA AM tackles the difficult subject of Erectile Dysfunction. Addressing the feelings of fear and embarrassment evoked by the taboo subject, CANADA AM is joined by Dr. John Aquino as he shares common causes, options beyond Viagra, and specific clinics that can help.

Also on Tuesday CANADA AM is joined by Australian indie-rock outfit Rudely Interrupted. The band came together during musical therapy sessions, busting down stereotypes surrounding mental and physical disability.

Wednesday, June 16
Father Support groups across the country get together regularly for drop in and discussion. CANADA AM meets with a father support group organizer who informs viewers how dad’s can find the support they need.

Also on Wednesday CANADA AM offers a magical wake-up call to fans at home and in studio with an exclusive, 90-minute performance and interview with Sarah McLachlan, live from Toronto’s historic Masonic Temple.

Thursday, June 17
CANADA AM takes a look at men’s health. CANADA AM joins patient Joe in a men’s health assessment, and speaks to a doctor about the three most common health risks men face. CANADA AM empowers men to look for the symptoms and know the questions they should be asking their doctors.

Also on Thursday – Martha Wainright is on the CANADA AM Soundstage.

Friday, June 18
CANADA AM takes a close look at prostate cancer. CANADA AM welcomes NHL Hockey Hall-of-Famer Mike Bossy, spokesperson for the prevention and early detection of prostate cancer.
