GlassBOX Television Inc. Completes Agreement to Acquire Specialty Channel travel + escape from CTV

GlassBOX Television Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire specialty channel travel + escape from CTV Inc. The acquisition of the Category 1 travel and leisure service is subject to CRTC approval, for which an application has been filed.

GlassBOX Television Inc. engaged investment banking services of GMP Securities to finance the acquisition.
