MUST-WATCH FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 23
CTV: The all-new episode of David E. Kelley’s thriller series BIG SKY, airing Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, sees Cassie (Kylie Bunbury) and Jenny (Katheryn Winnick) forced to form an unlikely team, and they set out to continue the search for the missing sisters. Meanwhile, Danielle (Natalie Alyn Lind), Grace (Jade Pettyjohn), and Jerrie (Jessie James Keitel) get to work on planning their escape, leading Legarski (John Carroll Lynch) to struggle with the consequences of his actions, as a distracted Ronald (Brian Geraghty) continues to deal with his mother and their difficult relationship.
CTV Comedy Channel: Mega-popular ventriloquist comedian Jeff Dunham offers viewers a much-needed laugh with JEFF DUNHAM’S COMPLETELY UNREHEARSED LAST MINUTE PANDEMIC HOLIDAY SPECIAL, premiering Friday, Nov. 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Filmed in front of a small, socially-distanced audience, the all-new, one-hour special sees Dunham take the stage to deliver almost 100% brand new and untried material.
CTV Drama Channel kicks off the holiday season with a wide offering of festive movie premieres, beginning with A SNOW WHITE CHRISTMAS on Thursday, Nov. 26 at 8 p.m. ET. When Blanca Snow (Michelle Randolph, House of the Witch) is faced with spending Christmas with her dastardly stepmother, Victoria (Carolyn Hennesy, Click), she attempts to fulfill her late father’s wishes and create new memories as a family. However, when Victoria casts a spell to steal Blanca’s inheritance, Blanca depends on the help of seven quirky friends to regain her memory, save her father’s legacy, and find true love.
CTV Life Channel: The Holmes family takes on a time-sensitive mission in an all-new episode of HOLMES NEXT GENERATION on Thursday, Nov. 26 at 9 p.m. ET. George and his girlfriend Joey originally planned to renovate their fixer-upper house room by room over time; however, with a baby on the way and a car accident depleting their funds, the couple finds themselves in way over their heads. As they battle against time, Holmes family steps in to “Make It Right.”
CTV Sci-Fi Channel’s PANDORA continues its adventurous expedition in an all-new episode, Sunday, Nov. 29 at 8 p.m. ET, as Xander (Oliver Dench, RIDE), Ralen (Ben Radcliffe, Cuban Fury) and Jett (Akshay Kumar, Inside Man: Most Wanted) return to Earth, only to find it devoid of life except for a mysterious and amnesic Jax (Priscilla Quintana, Traffik).
CTV Movies: The action miniseries GOLIATH AWAITS joins CTV Movies on Thursday, Nov. 26. Oceanographer Peter Cabot (Mark Harmon) descends into the ocean depths to salvage valuable treasures from the ocean liner Goliath, which was sunk by a German U-boat during World War II. Once Cabot looks into one of the portholes of the Goliath, he finds someone staring back at him – through a fluke, the submerged Goliath’s air supply has remained intact for nearly 40 years, and a tiny group of survivors, and their children, live in an idyllic society ruled by benevolent dictator John McKenzie (Christopher Lee). When Cabot announces that he intends to rescue the denizens of the Goliath, McKenzie’s benevolence quickly fades.
CTV Digital: Inspired by the classic Charles Dickens novel A Christmas Carol, EVERY DAY IS CHRISTMAS is streaming on CTV’s Holiday Hub, available on CTV.ca and the CTV app with no subscription or sign-in required. Alexis Taylor (Toni Braxton), a self-proclaimed workaholic who humbugs love, learns to embrace the spirit of Christmas when her past, present, and future collide, forcing her to risk the one thing money can’t buy: her heart.
