Global TV Preparing New App for Tablets and Mobiles

Global TV will soon launch a new app called “Global Companion App”. This new application, operating on tablets and mobile devices is the first of its kind in Canada.

The new app will be serving as a “second screen” with bonus content like polls, quizzes, games and behind-the-scenes exclusives. While you watch TV, this content will be synced to their “second screen,” allowing you to deeply engage with the program and create an innovative TV viewing experience.
