On the network front, the next 2 weeks see the premiere of 3 new series, the return of Kenan, Mr. Mayor & Young Rock with special holiday-themed episodes as well as the mid-season finale of many network series as they go on temporary hiatus for their annual Christmas break. New series premiering in the next two weeks include new ABC’s new mockumentary sitcom Abbott Elementary and NBC’s new sitcoms American Auto and Grand Crew. New series premiering in the next two weeks include Acorn TV’s new Comedy-drama The Larkins, Amazon Prime Video’s new Comedy With Love, AMC+’s new Supernatural drama Firebite, HBO Max’s new Post-Apocalyptic drama Station Eleven (airing on Crave) and new dramedy And Just Like That… (a limited series revival of Sex and the City, airing on Crave), HBO’s new miniseries Landscapers and Sundance Now’s new Drama Close To Me. In addition, Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol, Doctor Who, Fear the Walking Dead, Guilty Party, Invasion, Ragdoll, Succession, The Big Leap, The Sex Lives of College Girls, The Shrink Next Door and Swagger conclude their current season.
Other highlights include the premiere of new Disney+ docuseries Welcome to Earth, a once-in-a-lifetime adventure around the world to explore Earth’s greatest wonders (hosted by Will Smith) and Gordon Ramsay’s Road Trip – two new specials with celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay, Gino D’Acampo & Fred Sirieix as they take road trips to various place across Europe.
