Fall TV Season premieres continue into the first part of October- the next 2 weeks see the premiere of 4 more new series as well as the return of over 20 fan favourites. In addition, In the Dark and Riverdale conclude their current season and The Outpost ends its run after 4 seasons.
On the specialty and streaming front, the next 2 weeks see the premiere of 7 new series and the return of Call the Midwife, Eli Roth’s History Of Horror, On My Block, The Walking Dead: World Beyond and War of the Worlds. New series premiering in the next two weeks include Amazon Prime Video’s new Spanish language comedy Acapulco, Netflix’s new comedies Maid & Pretty Smart, crime drama The Chestnut Man & miniseries The Billion Dollar Code and BMF, a new crime drama from Starz.
Other highlights include the premiere of All or Nothing: Toronto Maple Leafs, the latest installment of Amazon’s sports docuseries and The Problem with Jon Stewart, a new current affairs series that will air on Apple TV+. Also, The Most Magical Story on Earth: 50 Years of Walt Disney World airs October 1, its a 2hr special celebrating the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World. On the reality front, summer favourite Big Brother concludes its current season while Tough as Nails returns with an all-new season. Also, the 2021 BET Hip Hop Awards air October 5.
