CANWEST Canspell NATIONAL sPELLING bEE
saturday, April 3 – 8pm ET/PT *Two-hour Special*
In this two-hour special, 21 young spelling champs from across Canada compete for the national title and the coveted Canwest Canspell Cup in Ottawa. Colour commentary and expert analysis are provided by ET Canada’s Rick Campanelli and two-time Canwest Cup Champion and 2006 Scripps runner-up Finola Hackett. The winner will receive the Canspell Cup, a $15,000 education award and the honour of representing Canada at the prestigious Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C., in early June.
