CTV Gifts Viewers a 2020 Holiday Programming Lineup Featuring New Festive Specials and Timeless Classics

May the days be merry and television screens bright! In a year where everyone can use a little more joy and cheer, CTV announced today its 2020 holiday programming lineup. Packed with feel-good specials, new and classic movies, and holiday-themed episodes, CTV’s December schedule delivers abundant holiday cheer.

Programming headlining CTV’s holiday schedule include THE ORIGINAL SANTA CLAUS PARADE (Dec. 5  on CTV and CTV2), THE SOUND OF MUSIC (Dec. 12), GLOBAL CITIZEN PRIZE (Dec. 19), SILENT NIGHT: A SONG FOR THE WORLD  (Dec. 23), IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE (Dec. 24), A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Dec. 24), and THE POLAR EXPRESS (Dec. 25), along with THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW’s annual “10 Days of Giveaways”, special segments on YOUR MORNING, THE SOCIAL YEAR: THE YEAR IN REVIEW (Dec. 18), and festive specials from ETALK, including ETALK PRESENTS – 2020: THE YEAR EVERYTHING CHANGED (Dec. 21).

Viewers can enjoy all of CTV’s holiday programming on the network’s Holiday Hub available on the all-new CTV.ca and the CTV App, with no subscription or sign-in required. Available into the new year, CTV’s Holiday Hub includes more than 150 hours of movies, Christmas classics, and holiday-themed episodes, including throwback series COMMUNITY, THE JEFFERSON’S, and WHO’S THE BOSS, plus seasonal selections from THE BIG BANG THEORY, THE GOLDBERGS, and SEINFELD. CTV’s Holiday Hub also treats viewers to recipes, gift guides, and access to binge full seasons of JANN Seasons 1-2, CARDINAL Seasons 1-4, and LOVE ISLAND Season 2 over the holidays.
