Rev Your Engines: BNN Rolls Out LEGENDARY MOTORCAR, Premiering Sept. 19

BNN mixes business and high-octane pleasure with the launch of LEGENDARY MOTORCAR.  Airing weekly starting Thursday, Sept. 19 at 9 p.m. ET, the 13-episode half-hour documentary-style series goes behind-the-scenes of the Legendary Motorcar Company, Canada’s #1 collector and speciality car facility, with owner Peter Klutt. Viewers are invited to join Peter and his son Gary in the hunt to buy, sell, restore, and race some of the world’s top muscle and super cars.

LEGENDARY MOTORCAR offers viewers an inside look at the highly competitive business of restoring cars and what it takes to turn a profit on what often amounts to a very significant investment. Each episode follows Peter and Gary as they travel across North America in search of  classic cars to restore, including a 1957 Mercedes Benz 300SL, a 1955 Aston Martin, and a Ford Mustang Boss 302.

“Not only does the series give viewers a chance to experience some of the most sought after cars in the world, it also provides a first-person perspective of this lucrative business and the unrelenting passion of the people who dedicate their lives to car restoration,” said Jack Fleischmann, General Manager of BNN and Vice-President of CTV News Channel.

BNN has licenced LEGENDARY MOTORCAR for the completed first season, as well as the second season that is currently in production. The Legendary Motorcar Company opened in 1985 in Ontario, and is owned and managed by Canadian Peter Klutt.
