A beloved band of outcast “Super Heroes” make their Canadian debut with the much-anticipated launch of DOOM PATROL, premiering Tuesday, April 2 with back-to-back episodes beginning at 9 p.m. ET on Space. Based on the DC characters originally written and drawn by Arnold Drake, Bob Haney, and Bruno Premiani, the 15-episode, one-hour series follows a group of super-powered outsiders who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. New episodes air Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Space.

Then, beginning April 5, the band of outcasts join Crave’s lineup, with new episodes available to stream on Fridays. Click here to meet the members of DOOM PATROL.

Each member of the Doom Patrol – Robotman a.k.a. Cliff Steele (Brendan Fraser), Negative Man a.k.a. Larry Trainor (Matt Bomer), Elasti-Woman a.k.a. Rita Farr (April Bowlby), and Crazy Jane (Diane Guerrero) – suffered horrible accidents that gave them superhuman abilities, but also left them scarred and disfigured. Traumatized and downtrodden, the team found their purpose through modern-day mad scientist Niles Caulder a.k.a. The Chief (Timothy Dalton), who brings them together to investigate the weirdest phenomena in existence. But when The Chief mysteriously? disappears, the reluctant heroes find themselves in a place they never expected to be, called to action by none other than Cyborg (Joivan Wade), who comes to them with a mission they cannot refuse.

In the series premiere (Tuesday, April 2 at 9 p.m. ET), tired of being stuck in Doom Manor, the team decides to visit the local town while The Chief is away. However, this seemingly harmless field trip leads to some grave consequences, including an encounter with the mysterious and powerful Mr. Nobody (Alan Tudyk). Then, in an episode entitled “Donkey Patrol,” following Mr. Nobody’s capture of Niles Caulder and the destruction of Cloverton Ohio, The Doom Patrol investigate the mysterious albino donkey and discover it is a door to another universe, one where Mr. Nobody is in control. Cyborg aka Vic Stone (series star JOIVAN WADE), a part man/part machine hero from Detroit who has his own complicated relationship with Niles Caulder, joins the search.
