Do-it-yourselfers are invited to enter the contest by visiting www.diy.ca to submit before and after images of their best do-it-yourself project (small or large scale), along with a reason as to why they should be crowned Canada’s Ultimate DIY’er. The winner will be selected by a DIY expert from The Home Depot who will be judging the entries based on style, creativity and accuracy. The winner will be crowned Canada’s Ultimate DIY’er, have their winning DIY project showcased on www.diy.ca and will receive a prize valued at $15,000, consisting of gift cards totaling $10,000 from The Home Depot and a slew of Milwaukee, Ridgid and Ryobi tools. The contest is also open to those who haven’t yet taken on a DIY task and need the tools to kick-start their project. By entering the contest, they will be eligible to win one of ten $500 gift cards from The Home Depot.
