Users are allowed to cancel their service at any time, however DAZN also offers users the ability to ‘pause’ their account for a certain period of time. When a user sets up a pause, their account becomes inactive at the end of their current subscription period and then automatically re-activates on the day the user selects to restart it. Users are not charged while their account is paused and they are reminded by email when their subscription will soon be active again.
Users can pause their accounts while their favourite sports are in off season, further maximizing their DAZN experience.
