Much Music

Six seasons of hoop action and high school heartbreak from ONE TREE HILL get a new home on MuchMusic. Starting from the beginning, the series premieres Monday, May 4 at 7 p.m. ET and 8 p.m. PT. Fans can relive some of their favourite early episodes, and late-blooming newbies can get caught up with Tree Hill High’s favourite students. A special four-episode Season 1 marathon airs on Saturday, May 2 from 2-6 p.m. ET and again on Sunday, May 3 from 1-5 p.m. ET only on MuchMusic.

ONE TREE HILL is a teen phenomenon that has undeniably captivated youth audiences. From booming blowouts to steamy smooches, viewers can experience all the best scenes in the show’s history. Paired with a killer soundtrack that features Sheryl Crow and Gavin DeGraw, and that amps up each unforgettable moment, the brooding boys and gorgeous girls of Tree Hill High burst into homes all across Canada next week. And if anyone has been missing out on the action for the last five years, here’s the chance to figure out what the Ravens, Tric, Jake Jagielski, emancipation, and Clothes Over Bros are all about.

The combination of rim-rocking basketball action and fresh, indy-style music on ONE TREE HILL has made this one of the most addictive teen series to hit TV. The music selected for each episode has contributed to defining the show’s identity and has given many musicians’ careers a leg up. Bethany Joy Galeotti’s career was propelled by ONE TREE HILL where her character, Haley James, takes on showbiz and goes on tour as a singer. Outside of the show, Galeotti has released two albums and performed with notable artists including Michelle Branch, Tyler Hilton, and more.

ONE TREE HILL’S dynamite soundtrack features all the hottest artists who perform on the show, including Gavin DeGraw, Sheryl Crow, Lupe Fiasco, Fall Out Boy, The Wreckers, Nada Surf, and Angels and Airwaves.

ONE TREE HILL follows a group of high school friends growing up in the small town of Tree Hill, NC. Nathan and Lucas Scott (James Lafferty and Chad Michael Murray, respectively) are two half-brothers who have nothing in common but their father. With a twist of fate, the boys’ can’t avoid what lies ahead. Hilarie Burton, Sophia Bush, Bethany Joy Galeotti, Paul Johansson, and Barry Corbin also star.
