CBC/Radio-Canada Celebrates 320 Canadian Screen Award Nominations

CBC/Radio-Canada and its creative and production partners have received 320 nominations from the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television for the 2023 Canadian Screen Awards, reflecting the public broadcaster’s commitment to Canadian content, creators and communities. The awards will be presented during Canadian Screen Week, April 11 through 14, 2023, culminating on April 16 with the THE CANADIAN SCREEN AWARDS WITH SAMANTHA BEE, an hour-long broadcast special featuring celebrity interviews, highlights from the Awards presentations throughout the week, and exclusive access to this year’s Special Award recipients. The broadcast special will air on Sunday, April 16 at 8 p.m. (9 AT, 9:30 NT) on CBC and CBC Gem.
