- On Thursday, Jan. 21, Selena Gomez returns to the kitchen in Season 2 of the HBO Max Original series SELENA + CHEF. The cooking series features the multi-platinum selling recording artist, actress, producer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, as she navigates unfamiliar territory: making delicious meals while stuck at home in quarantine. Selena continues her cooking adventures at home with a new roster of all-star chefs that help her whip up delicious dishes. The nine-episode second season follows a weekly rollout schedule with three new episodes dropping every Thursday on Crave.
- 30 years after John Lurie’s first ground-breaking unscripted series FISHING WITH JOHN, he returns to television for HBO’s new six-part series PAINTING WITH JOHN premiering Friday, Jan. 22 at 11 p.m. ET. The new unscripted series written, directed by, and starring John Lurie, is part meditative tutorial, part fireside chat. Each episode has Lurie, the co-founder of musical group The Lounge Lizards, at his worktable, honing his watercolor techniques and sharing what he has learned about life. With images of Lurie’s paintings, original music and his point of view all rolled into one, the series strikes an irreverent tone while reminding us to prioritize some time every day for creativity, fun, and a bit of mischief. The series follows a weekly rollout schedule with new episodes streaming Fridays on Crave.
- The second of two special episodes of HBO’s Emmy® winning drama series EUPHORIA debuts Sunday, Jan. 24 at 9 p.m. ET. The episode directed by Sam Levinson titled, “F*ck Anyone Who’s Not A Sea Blob,” follows Jules (Hunter Schafer) over the Christmas holiday as she reflects on the year following the collapse of her relationship with Rue (Zendaya). Schafer serves as co-executive producer on the second special episode, which she co-wrote with EUPHORIA creator Sam Levinson.
