In the battle of the network season finales, last night marked the exciting kick off for the first of the major dramas. Global came out on top, dominating the night with Bones taking in over 2.0 million viewers, an incredible 49% more than the highly touted, The Following (2+, Nat).
BONES APRIL 29TH DATA HIGHLIGHTS:
- Bones had 689,000 viewers in the key A18-49 demographic, surpassing the season finale of The Following (CTV) by 25%
- Bones was the #1 show of the night in the key Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton markets (Ind. 2+)
Fans tuned in for the evil tech genius Christopher Pelant who returned to toy with the Jeffersonian team in their latest investigation and succeeded by trumping Brennan’s impromptu marriage proposal to Booth.
The story continues this fall with the return of Bones season 9 on Global.
