Oasis HD, Equator HD, Rush HD, Launch on EastLink

Canada’s East Coast has joined the high-definition revolution, as Halifax-based telecommunications firm EastLink launches High Fidelity HDTV’s suite of HD channels.

With its expansive reach across Atlantic Canada, EastLink’s High Definition subscribers will now be able to enjoy a suite of HD channels that offers the finest nature, culture, and adventure programming from around the world. Oasis HD, Equator HD and Rush HD not only offer some of the most spectacular programming available, but broadcast in true HD, providing stunning picture and audio.

“The demand for high definition programming continues to grow and with the addition of these new channels we are giving customers the power to experience the best television has to offer,” said Ian Lezama, Director of Marketing with EastLink. “There is something for every taste including history, adventure, and sports programming.”
