Blue Ant Media (the “Company”) today announced that the company has entered into an agreement to purchase digital specialty channel bold from the Canadian Broadcast Corporation (“CBC”). The transaction is conditional upon CBC obtaining the necessary approvals set out in its various licensing, regulatory and statutory terms of operation.
