Jesse Custer is a one-time outlaw who returns to his Texas home to take over his dead father’s church. However, a strange force releases a highly unconventional power within him that sends him on another mission. The series is based on Garth Ennis’ and Steve Dillon’s popular 1990s comic book franchise of the same name and mixes the same proportion of dark humour.
