Surveys show only 10% of Canadians have purchased a burial plot.
For the rest of you, we have some ideas.

CORPUS airs on VisionTV October 26 at 10pm ET / 7pm PT

Connie was leading quite a death-less life until a government health insurance representative casually asked her what she planned to do with her body after she died. The wheels in Connie’s mind began to turn, and soon everything had a shade of death to it.

CORPUS chronicles her journey across North America as she visits many of the fascinating people, places and facilities involved in non-traditional afterlife services. Options include plastination, cryonics, mummification, glassblowing, diamonds, space travel, fine art photography and using your remains to grow coral reefs.

CORPUS was short-listed to participate at La Semaine de la Critique du Festival de Cannes, premiered at the Montréal World Film Festival.

Connie Diletti is a graduate of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her thesis short film, A Few Years Older, was an official selection at the New York International Independent Film Festival and won a SAIC Fellowship Award upon graduation. In 2004, she co-produced and edited the feature documentary Lipstick & Dynamite, Piss & Vinegar: The First Ladies of Wrestling. After having premieres at both TriBeCa and Hot Docs film festivals the film was picked up for theatrical distribution by Koch Lorber Films and aired on SHOWTIME. Her directorial debut Homecoming, a BravoFACT funded short dramatic film, won the Knight Grand Jury prize at the Miami International Film Festival in 2008.

Connie will be speaking at Zoomer Life Show (formerly CARP Conference) on October 28 in Toronto.
