Sportsnet Announces 2012-13 Toronto Maple Leafs Regional Broadcast Schedule

Sportsnet today announced its 2012-13 Toronto Maple Leafs regional broadcast schedule, including 26 regular season games and one pre-season game featuring the Leafs hosting the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. ET on Sportsnet Ontario.

All of Sportsnet’s 26 regular season Toronto Maple Leaf games will air on Sportsnet Ontario and will feature play-by-play announcer Joe Bowen, analyst and former NHLer Greg Millen and host Paul Hendrick. The HOCKEY CENTRAL panel will preview every game with a half hour pregame show, and will also provide intermission and post-game analysis.

 

Highlights from Sportsnet’s Toronto Maple Leafs regular season broadcast schedule include:

·         Two QEW showdowns: Leafs battle border rival Buffalo Sabres on Monday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. ET and Tuesday, March 19 at 7 p.m. ET

·         Staal Power: Leafs battle the Carolina Hurricanes, led by Jordan and Eric Staal, three times on Sportsnet in 2012-13, kicking off on Monday, Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. ET

·         Leafs host Alex the Great: Buds welcome Alexander Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals on Monday, Jan. 7 at 7 p.m. ET
