Canadian hobby handymen and women with the skills to impress HGTV Canada’s top talent have a place to be this July to apply for Canada’s Handyman Challenge! Teaming up for the first time ever, powerhouse construction experts Mike Holmes (Holmes on Homes, Holmes Inspection), Bryan Baeumler (House of Bryan, Disaster DIY) and Scott McGillivray (Income Property) are on the road this summer holding live auditions and recruiting the most talented hammer-wielders our nation has to offer. In the end, one person will be named Canada’s Best Handyman. The series is scheduled to premiere winter 2012 on HGTV Canada.
The three HGTV superstars will be appearing in Vancouver, Halifax and Toronto to choose the top four contestants from each city. These final 12 handymen will go on to tighten their tool belts and battle each other in elimination challenges until the winner is determined. Canadians are encouraged to join us in the following cities:
* Vancouver July 16
* Halifax July 20
* Toronto July 24
