Astral Media’s Family Channel presents the Canadian premiere of the Disney XD series Aaron Stone. The series follows a teenage, world-champion, video-game player whose expertise lands him a cool role as a secret hero who must protect the world. Aaron Stone premieres with three back-to-back-to-back episodes Sunday, October 25 beginning at 3:25 p.m. ET/PT and will be available on Family OnDemand beginning Tuesday, October 20. The series will air in its regular time slot Saturdays and Sundays at 3:50 p.m. ET/PT.

In the live-action adventure series Aaron Stone, teenager Charlie Landers has mastered playing “Hero Rising,” an online game in which his avatar defends the world from evil members of the Omega Defiance. Charlie’s world is changed forever when he is enlisted by its creator to become the real-life version of the legendary crime-fighting avatar, Aaron Stone. With the help of a human android named S.T.A.N, Charlie learns to secretly fight crime while coping with his normal life of school, sports and family.

Starring are Kelly Blatz, David Lambert, JP Manoux (ER, Disney Channel’s The Emperor’s New School and Phil of the Future) and Tania Gunadi (Disney Channel’s Pixel Perfect and Go Figure). The series creator and executive producer is Bruce Kalish (Disney Channel’s The Famous Jett Jackson) and executive producer is Suzanne French (Family Channel’s Overruled! and Life With Derek).

Kids can get in on the crime-fighting action at Family.ca where they can find online games that test their agility, reflexes, accuracy and observation.
