With just three weeks to go until Ontario’s Provincial Election, CP24 announced today it will host special town hall editions of LeDREW LIVE, unique television events to inform Ontario voters before they head to the ballot box on October 6. Hosted by CP24’s Political Specialist Stephen LeDrew, CP24’s inaugural Provincial Town Hall session airs live from CTV’s street-front studio at 299 Queen Street West, on Thursday, September 15 from 9 – 10 p.m. ET. All party leaders have been invited to participate in CP24’s special town hall editions of LeDREW LIVE.
“Viewers turn to CP24 to stay abreast of the most important issues affecting Torontonians,” said Joanne MacDonald, Vice-President and General Manager of CP24. “Our town hall session gives viewers an opportunity to table their opinions with the participating Ontario party leader, gain a stronger understanding of the key issues, and help viewers make an informed decision before they head to the polls on October 6.”
The town hall editions of LeDREW LIVE offers viewers an opportunity to find out more about participating party leaders, giving each candidate a chance to share the key planks of his or her platform, discuss hot button issues affecting the people of Ontario, and present ideas for the future of the province.
