After a 17-season run, THE BIGGEST LOSER is back with an all-new, revamped version airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET beginning February 11 on CTV Life Channel. Hosted by health and fitness expert, Bob Harper, the series launches with two weeks of back-to-back episodes (see below) before settling into weekly one-hour episodes on February 25, day-and-date with the U.S. broadcast.
THE BIGGEST LOSER is the latest edition to CTV Life’s schedule, which has seen growth in all key demos this broadcast year, including a double digit increase in the key A25-54 demo.
New episodes of THE BIGGEST LOSER air on CTV Life Channel as follows:
- Tuesday, Feb. 11 – 90-minute special premiere at 9 p.m. ET, followed by an all-new hour-long episode at 10:30 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, Feb. 18 – Two, new, hour-long episodes at 9 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, Feb. 25 – New episode at 9 p.m. ET in its regular timeslot

Guided by Bob Harper, who returns after serving as trainer on all 17 seasons of the original series, THE BIGGEST LOSER follows 12 brave men and women over the course of 10 episodes as they work toward healthier lifestyles with the assistance of all-new trainers, Steve Cook and Erica Lugo. While participants seek personal transformation by not only working towards better overall physical health, they also work to confront the obstacles that have set them back and hindered them in the past.
