| New Channels: Télétoon Rétro to Launch This Fall |

Building on the phenomenal success of TELETOON Retro, TELETOON Canada inc. will launch a French language version of the classic cartoon channel this September. The launch will see the total number of Canadian homes receiving TELETOON Retro grow to over 5.8 million as Vidéotron illico Digital TV offers both the French and English channels as part of the TELEMAX package on channels 97 and 159 respectively.

This month TELETOON entertains the whole family with TELETOON Presents, bringing animated movies to television screens each weekend including films starring the crime solving canine, Scooby-Doo as well as the quarrelsome Tom and Jerry.
For teens and adults, The Detour on TELETOON brings choice movies to televisions in The F’n Good Movie with animated-related films throughout the weekend including the revered Akira and cult favourite, The Dark Crystal.

| General News: Canada's Up And Coming Animators Get A $70,000 Boost From Teletoon |

TELETOON continues its support of new talent in Canadian animation with today's announcement of the winners of the 2007 TELETOON Animation Scholarship. A launch pad for emerging animators, this year the TELETOON Animation Scholarship awards eleven young animators prizes totalling over $70,000, with four awards given in three categories. In each category first prize recipients are awarded $10,000; second place receive $7,000 and $5,000 go to the third place finalist. New this year, three filmmakers were awarded the Voter's Choice Award carrying a cash prize of $1,500.

Classic cartoon characters like Bugs Bunny, The Flintstones, Scooby-Doo and The Jetsons have a brand new home with the launch of TELETOON Retro. Offering a nostalgic throwback to timeless cartoons, the new channel delivers new laughs with familiar friends like Fat Albert, Tom & Jerry, Rocky and Bullwinkle and Superfriends to adults aged 25 to 49. TELETOON Retro premieres across Canada on October 1, 2007 at 6 pm.

The new TELETOON fall line-up hits TV screens across Canada beginning September 3 with five new daytime cartoons for kids and eight new shows premiering on The Detour on TELETOON, the post-9 pm programming block for teens and adults. Fall on TELETOON sees a total of 34 shows with all new episodes, including 13 new shows premiering on the network, 14 returning shows with new seasons and 7 ongoing series.

| General News: Calling Young Animators - TELETOON Animation Scholarship celebrates 10th year with over $70,000 |

TELETOON, Canada's only all animation network, today announced that for the 10th edition of the TELETOON Animation Scholarship, the total prize money has more than doubled to over $70,000 to support the development of nine talented animation students across Canada. As well as supporting the work of new animators, TELETOON is also rewarding cartoon fans. The new Voter's Choice Award will allow would be cartoon critics to have their say and possibly win $500. Applications for the Scholarship are now being accepted until June 15, more information and rules of entry are available at teletoon.com.

TELETOON audiences are tuning into a brand new look and feel on their favourite 24-hour animation network this morning. A comprehensive re-brand including the on-air identity, for both the TELETOON daytime programming block and The Detour on TELETOON, the interactive website teletoon.com, all marketing collateral, and a new corporate identity was unleashed today at 6 a.m.
