Astral Media Inc., Canada's leading broadcaster of premium pay and specialty television services, announced today that starting December 15, 2010, Videotron subscribers of TMN, HBO Canada, Family Channel and Playhouse Disney will have access to English-language movies and series from these networks as part of their illico on Demand service, at no extra cost.

| Providers News: Videotron adds two channels to its digital service |

Videotron continues to expand its line-up of television channels with the addition of the children’s channel Playhouse Disney and the HD version of the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network – APTN HD, bringing the total number of channels available on Videotron’s digital service to more than 350, including 44 in high definition. The two new channels will be available to all illico Digital TV clients as of January 20.

Starting today, golf fans can follow the exploits of the world’s greatest golfers at major golfing events on Golf Channel HD (channel 713 in HD and channel 113 in standard definition). All illico Digital TV subscribers with HD service will enjoy a free preview of the Golf Channel for the first month. The Golf Channel carries coverage of the major international golf tournaments, tips from the pros, phone-in shows, exclusive interviews and visits to the most beautiful courses in the world. In 2008, it became the first all-sport channel to garner an Emmy Award, in recognition of its innovative use of technology.
