On March 1st, 2005, Videotron, Quebec's largest cable provider, created a new Spanish package for its Illico Digital Television subscribers, which is a first of its kind in Canada. The package called Hispano is made up of five foreign Spanish channels, Canal SUR, Cinelatino, Eurochannel, Grand Documentales, and Utilisima, as well as TeleLatino which is already popular among many Spanish and Italian speaking Canadians.

| Videotron adds WWBI-TV to digital lineup |

Illico, Videotron's digital cable service, has added WWBI-TV(PAX) to their lineup on January 14th, 2004) on channel 56, as part of the following the packages: iUsa, i a la carte(20/20 and 30/30), iTelemax (and films), iUltra (and films), iMega (and films). The CRTC approved WWBI for digital coverage on June 10th 2003.

| Videotron to carry PAX-TV on digital cable |

Some Montrealers will soon gain access to yet another network affiliate from Plattsburgh. WWBI-27 will be added to Videotron's digital cable line-up, thanks to a CRTC decision released June 10th. The decision was based on WWBI already having a strong enough over-the-air signal to reach some Montrealers and also in part to a similar decision in November 2001, allowing WNYO-49 (the WB) Buffalo on digital cable in parts of Ontario.
