| New Programs: SPACE Orders New Original One-Hour Drama Series PRIMEVAL: NEW WORLD |

SPACE announced today that it has ordered the new original drama series PRIMEVAL: NEW WORLD. The 13-episode, one-hour scripted action/adventure drama is a new Canadian series that builds on the mythology of the U.K. hit, PRIMEVAL, one of the most-watched programs on SPACE. Developed in association with Omni Film Productions (DEFYING GRAVITY, ARCTIC AIR) and the producers of the original U.K. series, Impossible Pictures, SPACE will act as lead broadcaster on PRIMEVAL: NEW WORLD. Production begins in Vancouver this winter.

Hot off the heels of the earth-shattering, mid-season premiere of DOCTOR WHO, SPACE became the #1 Canadian specialty network in August among Adults 25-54, data from BBM Canada reveals. With final data now reported, it was the most-watched August in SPACE history for adult viewers (25-54 and 18-49). This summer, SPACE had two out of the Top 3 English Canadian specialty programs (Adults 18-49 and 25-54) with BBC’s TORCHWOOD: MIRACLE DAY and DOCTOR WHO.

| Ratings: More Than 800,000 Viewers Make Season 6B Premiere of DOCTOR WHO Most-Watched Broadcast Ever on SPACE |

The season 6B premiere of DOCTOR WHOshattered its own record Saturday night, capturing a whopping 834,000 viewers, making it the biggest audience on record for SPACE. The episode, “Let’s Kill Hitler”, ended the night as most-watched program overall on Canadian television for adult viewers (18-49 and 25-54). Peaking at 977,000 viewers, the episode attracted 1.2 million unique viewers in all.

As revealed at San Diego Comic-Con this afternoon, the Season 6B premiere of DOCTOR WHO rockets back to Earth on Saturday, August 27 at 8 p.m. ET, two months earlier than planned. Once again, SPACE is delivering the next season of the recharged DOCTOR WHO series along with the rest of the world, and now the series is also available in full sublimity on SPACE HD. This season sees the return of Matt Smith as 11th Timelord and Karen Gillan as his feisty partner in time, Amy Pond. Behind the scenes, award-winning writer Steven Moffat, returns as the lead writer and executive producer.
