| Sports Programming: GolTV Nets Italian National Team World Cup Qualifying Matches |

GolTV, the 24-hour all soccer network, announced today that it has acquired the exclusive Canadian and U.S. broadcast rights to the 2010 World Cup qualifying matches of the Italian national team. As per the agreement, GolTV will have exclusive North American coverage of the reigning World Cup Champions’ home matches against Montenegro, Georgia, Ireland, Bulgaria and Cyprus. GolTV will also exclusively televise six of Italy’s friendly matches during the lead-up to the 2010 World Cup, beginning with a game versus Belgium on May 30, 2008.

GOLTV's match highlights kick off as fourth place Osasuna meet third place Real Madrid to battle it out for next years Champions League as Barcelona all but won the Spanish title. Osasuna are looking to take away at least a point for their 4th straight match after defeating Mallorca 1-0 on Sunday. Real Madrid have been on fire as of late earning 15 points in their last nine matches most recently defeating Malaga 2-1 with goals coming from two players looking forward to the World Cup, Zinedine Zidane and Sergio Ramos.

Serie A's distant third placed team, Inter Milan, exited the Champions League after being beat by Spain's Villarreal 1-0 at the quarter final stage. This leaves the Italian team condemned to another year without a major trophy and leaves many wondering what the future holds for Coach Roberto Mancini. However, their luck may change when they face eleventh place Ascoli on GOLTV Canada. The two Serie A teams match up LIVE Saturday April 8th at 2:30pm ET. Ascoli has only eight victories this season and when they last met Inter in December they lost 1-0.

GolTV, Canada's first 24-hour soccer network, gives fans more big live matches this weekend. In Italy, third place AC Milan takes on Lecce Sat. Nov. 26, live on GolTV at 2:30pm. On Sun. Nov. 27, first-place Juventus gets the GolTV spotlight live at 9 am as they take on Treviso. In Spain, David Beckham's Real Madrid side look to bounce back after last week's defeat to rival Barcelona. They take on Real Sociedad live at 1 pm on Sun. Nov. 27.
