Jonny Zero to air on Mystery Programming Highlights / Mystery Posted by RAD on Feb 04, 2005 - 05:31 AM The acclaimed team behind "ER", The West Wing," and "Third Watch" delivers "Jonny Zero" to Mystery. Jonny Calvo (Franky G) is a harsh but caring ex-convict determined to turn his life around. He's about to learn it's easier said than done. Recently released after a drug possession conviction, he is caught between his need to redeem himself in the eyes of his family and the temptations and pressures of his own shady past. On one side there's his former employer, a corrupt club owner who will stop at nothing to get Jonny back on his payroll and on the other, an FBI agent who blackmails him into going undercover as an informant. While Jonny struggles to go legitimate, he befriends wannabe hip-hop man Random (GQ) and a fellow lost soul, troubled ex-stripper Danni Styles (Brennan Hesser).
