Boardwalk Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of Boardwalk Gaming and Entertainment, has secured a distribution agreement with Bell ExpressVu, Canada¹s leading satellite TV service provider, to commence broadcasting of CGTV Canada in the second quarter of 2005. These broadcasts will include interactive programming elements leveraging Boardwalk Media¹s extensive experience producing Bingo and Keno in Gaming venues, on Television, and Electronically. This experience will serve as a Œtest bed¹ for what the United States version of Casino and Gaming Television develops to serve the nascent US interactive television marketplace.

Under the terms of the agreement with CGTV, Boardwalk will oversee brand management and distribution of CGTV Canada as well as production of bingo, keno, and other gaming themed and related original programming for the channel. Additionally, both companies will jointly develop interactive TV
(iTV) gaming programming to complement CGTV¹s content for Canada and the USA.

Boardwalk Media¹s President, Terry Debono said, ³This is an important and exciting step for us to create a Canadian Gaming and Lifestyle channel that is integrated into a dominant North American brand. With CGTV we were able to find the right mix of great shows and terrific, dependable executive leadership that could equate into a new, and very dynamic channel and brand.²

Boardwalk represents an ideal partner for CGTV, with its established gaming and production enterprises that capture massive Canadian audiences.

³In structuring this deal, we felt Boardwalk¹s prominence within the Canadian gaming and entertainment communities and their ability to capitalize on the country¹s advanced iTV environment to be paramount to the success of CGTV Canada,² said CGTV¹s President and CEO, Nickolas J. Rhodes.
³As CGTV U.S. develops beyond its launch in 2005, we foresee relying on our Canadian counterpart to provide us with a blueprint on how to successfully integrate interactivity into our content offerings,² he added.
