Calorie Commando

Juan-Carlos Cruz – a.k.a. the Calorie Commando – delivers the low-carb lowdown with heart-healthy recipes in each episode of this new series. From chocolate cake and potato latkes to burritos and french fries, Cruz guides viewers on finding smart alternatives for not-so-healthy food cravings with easy recipes for delicious treats that taste like the real deal.

Chef At Home

Chef Michael Smith changes out of his chef whites to get comfortable in his own kitchen in the new, prime-time cooking show, Chef At Home. Shot on location at Smith’s home on the coast of rural Prince Edward Island, each episode finds Smith creating fresh, s easonal and simply prepared dishes that will inspire home cooks to close their cookbooks, improvise and be adventurous in the kitchen.

Chef Mario Batali (Molto Mario) hits the road in this, his newest series, travelling across the U.S. in search of those who create the best Italian eats, and preserve the Italian way of life in North America. From pasta, gnocchi and fresh plum tomato sauce to ricotta pancakes and mascarpone-filled cookies, Batali meets families, chefs, shopkeepers, and food artisans during his travels and uncovers their secrets for making delectable Italian food as they live “la dolce vita” (the sweet life) everyday.

Easy Entertaining

Effortless. Leisurely. Relaxed. These are the words that apply to cookbook author and chef Michael Chiarello in this series that finds him creating casual, easy-to-plan parties that revolve around great food. Each episode, shot on location in northern California’s wine country, features Chiarello planning, cooking, and throwing a creative get-together featuring recipes that blend his Italian heritage and wine country lifestyle for truly Easy Entertaining.

Fixing Dinner

Need help fixing dinner? In response to the common contemporary complaint that “we never sit down to dinner as a family!”, host and cookbook author Sandi Richard comes to the rescue with this weekly series that answers dinner-time cries for help.
