CLT offers more of everything this fall. “We are delighted to introduce the outstanding political drama The West Wing to CLT’s fall schedule,” says Jill Bonenfant, Director of Programming as she today announced Canadian Learning Television’s fall 2004 lineup.

“We also have new episodes of Monk, Dominick Dunne and FBI Files for our Crime Thursdays and Justice Fridays theme nights as well as a fresh batch of new documentaries to expand our History Mondays and Nature & Science Tuesdays. And with the addition of a new collection of hit films to our Movies Wednesdays and Saturdays, CLT’s fall schedule truly has something special to appeal to viewers of all interests.”

The West Wing
Sundays Mondays & Tuesdays – New this fall

Arrestingly authentic, movingly real. This acclaimed and beloved series documents the daily activities of a fictitious U.S. President and his highly talented staff... digging into the rapid-fire, high-stakes White House atmosphere to bring today’s front pages to life. Martin Sheen stars as President Bartlet.

HISTORY MONDAYS

To know where we are and where we’re headed, we must understand where we've been. CLT digs into the past with great historical programs that bring the past to life in exciting new ways.

Odysseys: Canada’s Maritime History
New this fall

Woven from anecdotes, tragedies and triumphs, Odysseys brings Canada’s maritime achievement to life, revealing how mastering the waterways was the key to Canada’s development as a nation. The Master of the Spirits

CLT has the best seats in the house for the latest box office hits, classics of the silver screen and forgotten gems. Screenings three times a week, in addition to a book-based film every Sunday, make it easy to drop in for a movie. CLT movies are also connected to formal courses of study at Athabasca University. Profiler
