Taking part will be the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, Stephen Harper, Stéphane Dion of the Liberal Party, Jack Layton of the New Democratic Party (NDP), Gilles Duceppe of the Bloc Québécois, and Elizabeth May, representing the Green Party for the first time in the leaders’ debates.
