This month TELETOON entertains the whole family with TELETOON Presents, bringing animated movies to television screens each weekend including films starring the crime solving canine, Scooby-Doo as well as the quarrelsome Tom and Jerry.
For teens and adults, The Detour on TELETOON brings choice movies to televisions in The F’n Good Movie with animated-related films throughout the weekend including the revered Akira and cult favourite, The Dark Crystal.

Stock-up on Scooby Snacks
Weekend May mornings belong to Scooby and the gang when movies starring the Great Dane air each Saturday morning at 9 am ET/PT.
Scooby-Doo And The Cyber Chase (May 3, 9 am ET/PT)- Scoob and his friends must enter a videogame in order to thwart a Phantom Virus.
Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers (May 10, 9 am ET/PT) - Shaggy inherits an old mansion and maybe even a ghost.
Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island (May 17, 9 am ET/PT) - The intrepid investigators explore a haunted house inhabited by grim ghosts and grotesque zombies on spooky Moonscar Island.
Scooby-Doo and the Witch’s Ghost (May 24, 9 am ET/PT) - The gang are invited by author, Ben Ravencroft, to his hometown for the Autumn Harvest Festival and uncover a ghostly family secret.
Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf (May 31, 9 am ET/PT) - It is a hairy predicament for Scooby and the gang when Shaggy is turned into a werewolf so he can compete in the creepiest car race of all time.
Saturday Afternoon
This May TELETOON Presents airs movies every Saturday at 5 pm ET/PT. The afternoon films kick-off with Codename: Kids Next Door - Operation Z.E.R.O on May 3, a frantic adventure that has the Kids call on operative NUMBAH ZERO in order to defeat the evil Father.
On May 10 at 5 pm ET/PT Tom and Jerry mistakenly stow away on the first manned mission to Mars and discover that Martians do exist in Tom & Jerry: Blast Off to Mars. On the red planet, the furry duo join forces with a young Martian girl to battle asteroid fields, stop a renegade robot and prevent the Martian invasion of Earth.
Featuring a compilation of classic shorts, Daffy Duck's Fantastic Island (May 17, 5 pm ET/PT) follows the ill-tempered duck stranded on a deserted island with an ancient treasure map. Starring the voice talents of Bill Murray and Laurence Fishburne, Osmosis Jones is the TELETOON Presents movie on May 24 while Beetlejuice, directed by Tim Burton airs at 5 pm ET/PT on May 31.
The F’n Good Movie (For teen and adult audiences)
On Friday nights The F’n Good Movie selection, for adult and teen audiences, is faster than a speeding bullet, out of this world and roach-ridden with movies including Superman, Mars Attacks and Joe’s
Apartment beginning at 10 pm ET/PT with an encore presentation on Saturday nights at 9:30 pm ET/PT. Film fans on Sunday nights can catch a new F’n Good Movie title at 10 pm ET/PT with May’s Sunday night selection including The Dark Crystal as well as Captain America.
Superman
On Friday May 2 at 10 pm ET/PT, Christopher Reeve stars as the man of steel in the 1978 classic, Superman. Academy Award-winners Marlon Brando and Gene Hackman star alongside Reeve as, from the doomed planet of Krypton, an infant grows-up to discover his super human powers.
The Dark Crystal
Directed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz and a rarely broadcast cult classic, The Dark Crystal (May 4, 10 pm ET/PT) follows the elf-like Jen, as he seeks to fulfill an ancient prophecy and return peace to his planet.
Akira and Armitage: Duel Matrix
The weekend of May 9 sees The F’n Good Movie presents two classic anime titles. Ground-breaking and critically lauded, Akira (May 9, 10 pm ET/PT) follows two best friends, torn apart by a catastrophic supernatural power in Neo Tokyo while a mother faces an ominous enemy to protect her daughter in Armitage: Dual-Matrix (May 11, 10 pm ET/PT).
Mars Attacks
Jack Nicholson, Natalie Portman and Glenn Close star in Tim Burton’s black comedy, Mars Attacks (May 16, 10 pm ET/PT). The inhabitants of Earth go into a panic when Martians launch a surprise attack on the planet.
Joe’s Apartment
Not a film for entomophobics, Joe’s Apartment (May 23 10 pm ET/PT) follows a naïve college grad who moves into a New York apartment and discovers that he is sharing his new home with thousands of talking cockroaches. Joe’s Apartment stars Jerry O'Connell
Captain America
Based on the Marvel Comics character, The F’n Good Movie on Sunday June 1 at 10 pm ET/PT, is Captain America. Waking up in 1993, a 1940s’ hero must face his old adversary, The Red Skull, in order to protect America and the planet from destruction.
