CLT Announces Fall 2007 Lineup

CLT (Canadian Learning Television) is pleased to announce its fall 2007 lineup, offering an exciting selection of new programming that includes the Canadian premiere of Ken Burns’ acclaimed World War II series “The War,” the adventure program “Don’t Forget Your Passport,” a host of classic mini-series, and the award-winning “Profiles of Nature.”

“CLT’s fall lineup epitomizes what CLT is all about – the best in enlightening entertainment,” said Jill Bonenfant, Director of Programming for CLT. “We’ve assembled a stellar selection of the finest programming, from historical documentaries and dramas to award-winning nature and science programming.”

Missing Link
From the little green men of outer space to the big hairy Sasquatches of the mountains, “Missing Link” delves into the realm of the unusual as it searches out rational explanations to paranormal phenomena.

Don’t Forget Your Passport
“Don’t Forget Your Passport” is your ticket to an adventurous worldwide tour. Awe inspiring cinematography provides the backdrop for crazy, spur-of-the-moment – yet absolutely real – situations. Live with the cave-dwelling Berber tribes of North Tunisia, hike through the polar cap villages of Greenland, or get caught in the middle of a street brawl in Guatemala in this unique adventure series like no other.

Shogun
A modern masterpiece set against the magnificent background of feudal Japan, this mini-series broke ratings records and launched the North America’s Japanese craze.
