Bell Delivers 'Destination: Live Earth with MultiVu' to Music Fans Across the Country

Live Earth - a 24-hour, seven-continent concert series featuring more than 150 of the world's top music acts will be broadcasted across the planet to inspire an audience of over two billion people to combat global warming. Official Live Earth concerts will be staged in New York, Washington, London, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo/Kyoto, Shanghai, Johannesburg Hamburg and Antarctica - which begs the question for those watching from home in Canada: How can we watch all the is great entertainment?

In celebration of this unprecedented global event, ExpressVu is leveraging its award-winning MultiVuTM technology to let subscribers tune in and manage six different feeds of international coverage for free. With live content from CTV, MuchMusic, MuchMoreMusic, MuchVibe, Bravo! and Star! - all seven concerts will be available in their entirety at the click of the remote.

The same technology that's used to support the hugely popular NHL Centre IceTM sports package, ExpressVu's MultiVu will give music fans control over their viewing experience by offering the following:

* View up to six concerts at one time [six live action channels are displayed on one 'master' LaunchPad channel];
* Use of the remote to scroll over each concert to hear the associated audio; and,
* Quickly select a concert of your choice with the touch of a button for full-screen coverage or return to the master channel with another click.


Available only on ExpressVu, Destination: Live Earth with MultiVu will be active from Friday, July 6 @ 9p ET through to Saturday, July 7 @ 11p ET on channel 568 or the iTV LaunchPad on channel 275. Note: Subscribers must have an iTV-capable receiver [models 3100, 3200, 4100, 5100, 5200, 5800, 5900, 6100 and 9200 are supported].
