Insight Sports Announces Launch of Services and Carriage Agreement with Cogeco Cable Providers News / Cogeco Cable Posted by Tripster on Jul 24, 2006 - 11:46 AM Insight Sports announced today a carriage deal for WFN: World Fishing Network and GOLTV: 24/7 Soccer with Cogeco Cable for certain digital cable systems in Ontario. WFN and GOLTV were launched on July 20, in some of the Cogeco Cable territories. Cogeco Cable digital customers are able to sample these two channels for free for 90 days on channel 120 (WFN) and 122 (GOLTV), respectively. "We're elated to be able to bring two distinct program offerings, both with passionate fan bases, to television screens in the Cogeco viewing area," says Mark Rubinstein, President, Insight Sports. WFN: World Fishing Network, is the nation's first and only 24/7 fishing network. GOLTV is Canada's only 24/7 soccer network, airing more than 1,500 games annually.
