Rogers Cable has added Sony Entertainment Television Asia to its extensive list of multicultural programming available to Rogers Digital Cable customers in ontario. Sony Entertainment Television Asia (SET Asia) is a 24-hour Hindi-language channel. It provides a multitude of high-quality, family-based entertainment for members of every generation. It includes family dramas, game shows, live concerts, talk shows, lifestyle programs and action-packed thrillers. SET Asia is already seen in over 40 million households throughout India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Middle-East. "Rogers continually strives to bring the most multicultural programming to its customers," said David Purdy, Vice-President and General Manager, Television for Rogers Cable. "So, it is very important to us that we listen to our customer's demands and provide the types of programming that appeal to them, like Sony Entertainment Television Asia." In addition to this new channel, Rogers continues to offer the most multicultural programming with 32 channels. SET Asia is available on channel 625 and Rogers Digital Cable customers can order it for an additional $10.00 when they subscribe to ATN at $14.95.
