| General News: CH Hamilton makes changes with on-air personalities |

CH Television in Hamilton has made some announcements regarding their personalities. CH has named crime reporter and back-up anchor Annette Hamm the new co-host of CH Morning Live, along with Bob Cowan. She will start her new position on the monrning show, Monday November 15, 2004. Also, CH has finally found a permanent news anchor after months of rotating CH staffers. The new anchor of CH News at Eleven (Mon - Fri), will be Global Television's Queen's Park Reporter Nick Dixon. Dixon will start his new duties with CH on Monday November 29, 2004.

| Media should share blame for Expos demise |

We've all been led to believe that the Expos have played their last game at Olympic Stadium. Montreal baseball fans came out in droves, to say their final goodbyes. While most have put their bitterness aside and avoided the temptation to choose a scapegoat, it is clear that the local media won't be thanked any time soon. They have done little to prevent the extinction of Canada's first baseball franchise. Some even argue that they've misled us with their pessimism.

CTV together with Montreal-based Galafilm Inc. announced today that principal photography has begun on CTV Original Movie The Louise Arbour Story. The movie, from CTV’s Heroes, Champions and Villains programming strand, will shoot in and around Montreal until November 14, 2004 before moving to Germany and Holland, where shooting will continue through to December. A broadcast date is not yet available.

The "second season" of the Canadian Football League begins this weekend, where a loss means the end of a long, gruelling campaign and a victory translates into a trip to B.C. or Montreal. The CFL ON CBC has exclusive coverage of all the CFL playoff action, beginning with the East Division Semifinal game, featuring the Hamilton Tiger-Cats taking on their old rivals the Toronto Argonauts, from SkyDome, Friday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. ET, on CBC Television.
