Sports Programming: TSN Has Complete Coverage of U.S. Open in HD

For the first time in network history, TSN's four-round coverage of the U.S. Open will be available in High Definition. Action from the second Major on the PGA TOUR gets underway this today (Thursday, June 15) and continues through Sunday, June 18. Today's and Friday's coverage begins at 10 a.m. ET, while weekend coverage begins at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Production news: New Showcase Comedy Moose TV Starring Adam Beach & Nathaniel Arcand Shooting in Montreal

Rezolution Pictures of Montreal announced today that principal photography has started on the Showcase Original series MOOSE TV, and will run until early July. The series consists of eight half-hour episodes and is Canada’s first native-produced comedy featuring an all-star native cast, including Adam Beach (Windtalkers) and Nathaniel Arcand (Da Vinci’s City Hall). Director Tim Southam helms. The first season is slated for broadcast on Showcase in early 2007.
