More games, more sports, more choice – and now in more Canadian homes! TSN2, Canada’s newest 24-hour sports network, announced today that it is now available across Canada on national digital television provider Bell TV. TSN2 became available on the service just moments ago, giving Bell TV customers access to hundreds of live sports events.

On the heels of the star-studded, confetti-covered season finale last night, CTV congratulates Theo Tams as the 2008 Canadian Idol champion. Tams, a 23-year-old student from Lethbridge, AB, received the majority of the four million plus votes cast across Canada on Monday night. A total of 1.8 million viewers watched at 9:53 p.m. as host Ben Mulroney announced that Tams would become Canada’s sixth Idol. More than 3.7 million Canadians watched some part of the broadcast.
