| CMT Holiday Programming Highlights |

CMT celebrates the holidays with a blizzard of festive programming including a week of holiday-themed CMT Central episodes, and a Christmas video marathon all starting Monday, December 20, 2004. Combined with great movies and specials, there’s no reason to brave the snow this holiday season.
SEASONAL MOVIES
Unlikely Angel This angel may not have wings or a halo, but after a sudden, fatal accident, lounge singer Ruby Diamond (Dolly Parton) finds out she is lacking in good deeds and won’t be admitted to heaven. But she is given a second chance and strict time limit to help a workaholic widower reunite with his children in time for Christmas. Ruby returns to Earth to polish her image, and learns that by helping others she is helping herself . Holiday Airing: Tuesday, December 21 at 9 p.m.
A Holiday For Love – CMT Network Premiere Jake Peterson (Tim Matheson) is a top-level executive for a tractor company, and has spent his life concentrating on his career, leaving his personal life in ruins. With orders to close the local factory in his hometown, Jake reluctantly returns home, and finds himself torn between doing the right thing, and following his heart. Also starring Travis Tritt and Melissa Gilbert. Premieres: Sunday, December 12 at 9 p.m. Holiday Airing: Thursday, December 23 at 9 p.m.
A Song For The Season – CMT Network Premiere Faced with budget cuts, a solemn superintendent is sent to a small town to eliminate the school’s music program, resulting in the loss of a favourite teacher (Naomi Judd). But the town is determined to keep music in the school, and fights to save the program. Hoping for a Christmas miracle that will give the gift of music to the entire town, A Song For The Season also stars Andy Griffith. Premieres: Sunday, December 19 at 9 p.m. Holiday Airing: Friday, December 24 at 9 p.m.
Holiday In Your Heart LeAnn Rimes stars in Holiday In Your Heart, a partly autobiographical film that follows the singer from her childhood in Nashville, to her days performing on stage. But her success also forces her to make difficult decisions, and she must decide whether to fulfill her dream of performing at the Grand Ole Opry, or follow her heart and stay at her dying grandmother’s bedside. Premieres: Monday, December 20 at 9 p.m.
SEASONAL SPECIALS
All Through The Night All Through the Night is a one-hour Christmas music special that chronicles Jason McCoy’s endeavour to record a Christmas CD live-off-the-floor on a cold and blustery Christmas Eve. Set in a turn of the century art-deco rural mansion, this special follows the creative process from rehearsal to performance. Jason, along with his group of acoustic musicians, meet in this relaxed atmosphere to produce a mix of traditional and original Christmas music. Holiday Airing: Wednesday, December 22 at 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.; Friday, December 24 at 7 p.m.
The Huron Carole 2004 Now in its seventeenth year as a national tour, and its eleventh year as a television special, The Huron Carole has become the signature fundraiser for the Canadian Association of Food Banks with $3.25 million raised to date. Hosted by Tom Jackson, The Huron Carole 2004 was taped at Regina’s Centre of the Arts, and artists rounding out the special include Aaron Pritchett, Mad Violet, Andrea Menard and many more. Holiday Airing: Thursday, December 23 at 8 p.m.
