| Martha Returns to Canadian Television |

Alliance Atlantis is pleased to announce that Emmy Award-winning television personality Martha Stewart will return to Canadian television with new programming airing exclusively on Alliance Atlantis' Life Network. The programming schedule will kick off on Saturday, December 18 with a series of holiday-themed specials.
"Martha has a long standing relationship with Life Network and we are thrilled to be able to work with MSL Omnimedia to bring Martha Stewart and her signature style back to the network," says Kirstine Layfield, Senior Vice President of Lifestyle Programming, Alliance Atlantis. "Martha Stewart is one of North America's most trusted guides to stylish living. I am certain her legions of loyal fans and supporters will be delighted with the slate of new programs."
Beginning January 10, 2005, new episodes of Martha Stewart Living will air weekdays on Life Network at 2 p.m. ET. The original series has been reformatted with new material showcasing Martha's signature style as she inspires, educates and encourages viewers to rediscover their homes and gardens.
