Start your engines! The IZOD IndyCar Series hits Canada with the HONDA INDY TORONTO and the HONDA EDMONTON INDY over the next two weeks. As official broadcasters of the IZOD IndyCar series, TSN and TSN2 give fans live coverage of these two marquee Canadian racing events.

TSN2 delivers live coverage of the HONDA INDY TORONTO on Sunday, July 18 at 12:30 p.m. ET. Hometown favourite Paul Tracy, of Scarborough, ON, returns to the famed street course at Exhibition Place. Tracy is joined by Alex Tagliani of Lachenaie, QC, as the only other Canadian driver officially entered in this year’s race. Other star racers include defending Indianapolis 500 champion Dario Franchitti along with Will Power, the current points leader, and fan favourite Danica Patrick.

In advance of the race, TSN has live coverage of the NASCAR Canadian Tire: Jumpstart 100, on Saturday, July 17 at 2:30 p.m. ET from Toronto’s Exhibition Place with Vic Rauter calling the race.

Next week, IZOD IndySeries coverage continues on TSN with live coverage of the HONDA EDMONTON INDY on Sunday, July 25 beginning at 5 p.m. ET. Featuring the best of the best from the IZOD IndyCar series, the popular race features Olympic Gold Medal winner Kevin Martin acting as the Grand Marshall for the race.

SportsCentre and TSN.ca will have extensive reports on all of the racing news coming out of Toronto and Edmonton. TSN’s OFF THE RECORD WITH MICHAEL LANDSBERG interviews several Indy stars – with Dario Franchitti in the OTR studio tomorrow.
