The Biggest Loser, season 5 winner Ali Vincent answers your questions during a LIVE Chat Tuesday, March 23 open from 8pm -10pm ET, on Citytv.com.
Ali Vincent was the first woman to win The Biggest Loser in season 5. She lost 112 pounds and is now a popular spokeswoman for fitness and self-esteem programs across America. On this episode, the contestants return to their hometowns to visit family and friends. But with those happy reunions comes the challenge of continuing to eat right and exercise despite all of the distractions and temptations away from the ranch. After arriving home, the players get a surprise from Host Alison Sweeney which leads to a grueling endurance challenge and some sweet temptations. Later, the weigh-in back at the ranch reveals how they all did at home before another contestant is eliminated and sent home for good.
