She’s a written for Harper’s Bazaar, been featured in French Vogue, generates 1.5 million hits monthly on her blog, is BFFs with the likes of Karl Lagerfeld and John Galliano and gets front row seats to all the major runway shows in the fashion capitals of the world – and yet she’s only 13 years old!

Tavi Gevinson has quickly become the IT girl of today’s blogging generation. Having turned down many offers from American networks and reality shows, Tavi immediately said yes to FASHIONTELEVISION (FT), when Canada’s leading fashion series invited the grey-haired tween to act as a guest reporter during New York Fashion Week.

A huge fan of FT and host Jeanne Beker, Tavi was asked to choose three shows to cover during New York Fashion Week and with coveted FT mic in hand she took to the Alexander Wang, Marc Jacobs, and Y-3 runway collections. Tavi also takes viewers backstage to interview models such as Coco Rocha, Sasha Pivovarova, Karlie Kloss and industry heavy weights including Diane Von Fürstenberg and Alexander Wang. The episode also features a complete bio on Tavi including reactions on the tween’s rise to fame from Steve Gevinson (Tavi’s dad) and more!

Her first gig as a TV reporter, Tavi immediately stands out amongst the sea of adults, where the paparazzi are as interested in photographing her as the models and celebrities themselves!

Don’t miss FASHIONTELEVISION featuring guest correspondent Tavi Gevinson when the episode premieres Sunday, March 21 at 5:30 p.m. ET on CTV – featuring Tavi’s first report from the Alexander Wang show. (Also airs Mar. 20 at 5:30 p.m. ET on Star! and 8:30 p.m. ET on FashionTelevisionChannel).

Part 2 of Tavi’s coverage reports from the Marc Jacobs and Y-3 shows will appear in the following episode of FT airing March 28 at 5:30 p.m. ET on CTV.
